Therapist & Clinical Supervisor

MEd, LPC-S, CCTP

I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and former school counselor who views counseling as an opportunity to serve individuals, couples, and families during some of life's most challenging moments. I am especially committed to supporting underserved and multicultural communities by providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and individualized care.

As a veteran, I bring a unique understanding of military culture, service-related stress, family transitions, and the challenges of adjusting to life during and after military service. My professional experience across education, corporate environments, and the military has also given me a deep appreciation for the impact of high-stress settings, demanding responsibilities, major life transitions, and diverse cultural experiences.

I have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of trauma. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, low self-esteem, bullying, relationship concerns, and school or workplace difficulties. When you feel overwhelmed, hurt, or uncertain about where to turn, you deserve a space where you can breathe, feel safe, and be heard. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and your story matters.

My counseling approach is integrative and tailored to your unique background, needs, goals, and pace. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore the experiences that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and hopeful.

You do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. Reach out today, and let's begin building your path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
